Actor-director Yegor Konchalovsky is preparing for a rather unusual role, the weekly Komsomolskaya Pravda wrote. The respected family man and Oxford graduate will appear on stage as a rabbit.

"[Director] Mikhail Yefremov [son of legendary actor-director Oleg Yefremov] invited me to take part in this unusual project," Konchalovsky told Komsomolskaya Pravda. "He is preparing a production of "Vinny pukh" [Winnie-the-Pooh], in which he wants to see our whole cozy little group, including [actors] Gosha Kutsenko, Slava Razbegayev, Misha Gorevoi and me. If everything works out well, it will be a nice piece of entertainment for both kids and adults.

"The only problem is that I’m a very bad actor," Konchalovsky said.

The son of legendary moviemaker Andrei Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky, Yegor Konchalovsky is known for his movies "Hermit" and "Antikiller." His upcoming sequel "Antikiller-2" is hotly anticipated by Moscow moviegoers.
