One Lincoln turned out not to be enough for pop and opera singer Nikolai Baskov, the daily Zhizn wrote. Now Baskov is the lucky owner of a Superstretch limousine, a vehicle similar to the one that legendary pop diva Alla Pugacheva and her husband Philip Kirkorov owned until a year ago. The only difference is that Baskov’s new limo is black, while Pugacheva’s was white.

Baskov and his wife Svetlana have long dreamed of such a car but they could not afford one until now. The new car cost Baskov $100,000 and, most importantly, he bought it with his own money without asking or borrowing anything from his father-in-law, producer and pharmaceutical tycoon Boris Shpigel.

The car is really luxurious: In addition to its impressive length, it contains a bar, a TV set and an air conditioner.

Now, according to Zhizn, Baskov rides in his new car when he goes to high-profile events and takes his Lincoln to business meetings. The first time Baskov used the new car was when he went to Alla Pugacheva’s recent birthday party.
