Has three Turkish entities as shareholders - ENKA Insaat ve Sanayi A.S., which together with its German affiliate holds 50 percent of the venture - and two members of Koc Group - MIGROS Turk T.A.S. (30 percent) and RAM Dis Ticaret A.S. (20 percent), according to the IFC.

Has $30.5 million in financing from the IFC.

Kalinka-Stockmann

Operates three stores in the center of Moscow (one big department store and two fashion stores) and two stores in St. Petersburg.

Stores operate relatively independently.

Owned by Finnish Stockmann PLC, which also operates stores in Finland and Estonia.
