
MOSCOW - Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed the cabinet to cut the difference between Urals and Brend oil blends addressing today's cabinet meeting. He called this difference unfair.
Head of the Economic Development and Trade Ministry German Gref said that the cabinet has proposed to work out the budget fir 2006 basing on estimated Urals price of $40 per barrel. According to him, for 2005, the budget has been based on the same projected price, which was later revised upwards to $48 per barrel, Mayak radio reported.
